I know it's still several months until my birthday, but just in case you might perhaps be looking for ideas on what to present me with, I thought I would provide a short list, which may later be added to. So here are my ideas thus far, in no particular order:

You know, a blog isn't the most appropriate place for being self-absorbed. The whole world gets to see the unpleasantness, whether it wishes to or not. Maybe you could shut up about your b-day wishes, and focus more on other things, like how you want to help people.
